Kinnar Kailas: The Kinnar Mountains are located in the Spiti Valley and Chitkul Valley area bordering Himachal Pradesh and Tibet. This is a very scenic area with a fascinating splendor of Himalayan mountain nature. The land route to Leh Ladakh passes through this area. Kalpa, Rikang Pio are some of the places of interest here. Kinnar is famous as the abode of gods and goddesses, Yaksha, Kinnar and Apsara. Kinnar has also come to be known as the place of origin of the best apple in modern times. It is characterized by dense forests, lofty mountain peaks, picturesque meadows, river streams, and mountain settlements. The people here live a simple life and their body shape is very beautiful. Old religious traditions, beliefs and stories are intertwined in their way of life. In winter it is like a blanket of snow.
Kinnar Kailas is situated in this very beautiful and picturesque mountain range. Shankar Parvati's Grihasthashram is run here and it is believed that he lives there forever. The court of Lord Bholenath fills up here every winter. These include Yaksha, Kinnar, Devata, Apsara, Gandharva etc. All the artists of Devaloka are invited. Dance, music, singing, playing, acting, magic etc. Kinnar Kailas is a gathering place for those who are proficient in 64 arts and many disciplines. His art is performed in the presence of Lord Shankar and Mother Parvati. It is believed that the upliftment of innovation nurtures everyone and brings a shower of wonderful happiness. It is believed that this area is the area of love affair of Shankar Parvati. There is a real belief that they play in solitude. While circumambulating Kinnar Kailas, the mountain with Kinnar Kailas Shivling is circumambulated. The actual Kinnar Kailas Shivling Darshan Yatra has not been allowed for the last few years. He is opposed by local residents and citizens. Traveling along the banks of the river Sutlej, we come to Charang after visiting various temples and Buddhist temples in the Kalpa area. From Charang to Lalanti to Chitkul it is a circuit of about 32 kms. From Chitkul you can return to Shimla by vehicle.

Day 04: Kalpa Valley Visit, Narayan Nagini Temple, Ancient Chandika Durga Temple - Charang - Stay
Day 05 : Charang to Lalanti - (Trek 12 kms) - Tent Stay
Day 06: Lalanti to Charangacha Base Camp - (Trek 10km) - Tent Stay
Day 07: Charang Cha Base Camp to Charang La Pass to Chitkul - Trek 10km - Tent Stay
Day 08: Chitkul to Shimla - Tent Stay
Day 10: Shimla Darshan - Shopping etc. Stay
Day 12: Shimla to Delhi - Arrival by 4 pm (Stay available in Delhi if required. Yatri can stay or continue their return journey.)
